Slow Moving Bullets:
This can be used to your advantage, obviously. Not many games involve moving out of the way of bullets that have already been fired. Well, if you see a bullet coming your way, chances are there in an enemy behind it. the best thing to do in this situation is quickly set off a bullet of your own and move back/left or back/right. hopefully you have dodged the bullet while hitting them in return. For a simple game, this move can be tricky. Sometimes its easy to run and get into a better position to fire.

Radar:
This can be quite helpful. Press the select button to bring it up. There are basically two ways to use it. In Cyberscape, it can be used to trace back your steps, map out the area in tougher mazes and hopefully helpy you find the exit. The other way is in arena mode. pressing select here will show you the entire layout of the map your playing in, and all of the enemy positions. develop your plan around their positions, and remember they will fire at you even if you are at the other side of the map if they have a line-of-sight target.

Watch your back!
You can hear when the enemy fires off its guns, so when you do hear this sound, its best to move left or right from your current path, because thats where its aimed.

Challenge: Feeding Frenzy
So its not a strategy, but if you can master defeating 8 bouncers on the 'Feeding Time' map, consider yourself a master. Thats probably the toughest challenge in the game.
